White & Black Beans with Onions & Peppers

Ingridients
Instructions	Cook and stir onions and garlic in oil in medium skillet until crisp-tender. Remove from heat and cool. Stir in vinegar, chopped peppers, parsley, Equal®, salt and pepper. Pour onion mixture over combined beans in serving bowl; mix well. Garnish with pepper rings.
