Apple Pie

Preheat oven to 350F.
Line 9-inch pie plate
with one pie shell.
Combine mincemeat, apples
and nuts in medium bowl; pour into pie shell. Cover with second
pie shell for a double crust pie; crimp edges to seal. Cut slits
to vent. Or, cut second pie shell into strips; form a lattice
top over filling. Brush top with milk; sprinkle with cinnamon-sugar.
Bake for 45 to 50 minutes
or until pie crust is golden brown. Cool in pan on wire rack.
