Bread 1/2 cup plus 1 tablespoon water 3 tablespoons frozen orange juice concentrate, thawed 1 egg 3 cups Gold Medal® Harvest King® or Better for Bread® bread flour 1/2 teaspoon grated orange peel 1/4 cup granulated sugar 2 tablespoons instant nonfat dry milk 1 1/2 tablespoons butter or margarine, softened 1 1/4 teaspoons salt 2 teaspoons bread machine or quick active dry yeast Orange Glaze 3/4 cup powdered sugar 1 tablespoon orange juice

1. Measure carefully, placing all bread ingredients in bread machine pan in the order recommended by the manufacturer. 2. Select Sweet or Basic/White cycle. Use Medium or Light crust color. Do not use delay cycle. Remove baked bread from pan; cool on cooling rack. 3. In small bowl, mix glaze ingredients until smooth and spreadable. Spoon glaze over cooled loaf.
