Soft Breadsticks

Coat a baking sheet with vegetable cooking
spray; set aside.
Combine half of the flour with yeast,
sugar and salt in a large bowl; add warm water (105° to 115°F)
and oil; beat on medium speed with an electric mixer until smooth,
3 to 4 minutes.
Stir in Parmesan cheese, garlic and as
much of the remaining flour as needed to make a stiff dough.
Turn dough out onto a floured surface
and knead 4 or 5 times or until smooth and elastic. Divide dough
into fourths; shape each portion into a ball then divide each
ball into 10 portions. Shape each portion into an 8-inch rope.
Brush each dough rope with butter and
sprinkle with sesame seeds. Place ropes 2-inches apart on baking
sheet. Cover and let rise in a warm place for about 50 minutes.
Preheat oven to 400°F.
Bake until lightly browned, 12 to 15 minutes.
Serve warm.

3 tablespoons granulated sugar
3 tablespoons firmly packed brown sugar
3 tablespoons light corn syrup
1/4 cup chopped pecans
Filling Ingredients:
1 tablespoons granulated
sugar
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
2 tablespoons LAND O LAKES® Butter, softened
Rolls Ingredients:
1 (11-ounce) can refrigerated
breadstick dough

Heat oven to 375°F.
Combine all topping ingredients
except pecans in small bowl; stir until well mixed. Stir in pecans.
Spoon about 2 tablespoons topping into each of 6 ungreased jumbo-size
muffin cups. Set aside.
Combine 1 tablespoon sugar
and cinnamon in small bowl. Set aside.
Divide dough along perforations
into 6 sections (2 strips each). Gently press each section of
dough together to form 5 1/2 x 2-inch rectangle; gently press
seam to seal. Spread each rectangle with 1 teaspoon softened
butter; sprinkle evenly with sugar-cinnamon mixture. Roll up
loosely. Pinch seam to seal. Place 1 roll into each muffin cup,
cut-side up; press down firmly.
Bake for 15 to 20 minutes
or until golden brown. Cool 5 minutes. Invert onto serving platter.
Let stand 1 minute before removing pan. Serve warm.

Bread Machine Bagels

Put flour, 1 cup of the
water, wheat flour, brown sugar, salt and yeast into a bread
maker and set on dough cycle. Allow it to run until the end of
the first rise, about 30 minutes.
Grease a cookie sheet;
set aside.
Take dough out of bread
maker and cut into 8 equal portions. Shape into bagels by forming
balls and poking your finger through the middle. Place on the
cookie sheet and allow to rise for 15 minutes.
Preheat oven to 550°F.
Fill a skillet with about
2 inches of water (remaining 2 cups) and 2 tablespoons of sugar;
bring to a boil. Place three or four bagels in boiling water
for 30 seconds on each side. Drain on paper towel for about 1
minute. Repeat with remaining bagels.
Put a few ice cubes in
a casserole dish and place it in the oven to create steam. Return
bagels to cookie sheet and bake for 12 minutes. Allow to cool
on baking rack for 15 minutes before serving.

Pretzel Torte

In a separate bowl combine
pretzels, sugar and butter. Press 1/2 of the mixture on the bottom
of a 13 x 9 x 2-inch cake pan.
In another bowl beat cream
cheese, dessert topping mix, powdered sugar and evaporated milk
until smooth. Spread half of creamed mixture over pretzel mixture.
Top with cherry pie filling and remaining creamed mixture. Sprinkle
remaining pretzel mixture on top. Keep refrigerated.

Place juice in medium
bowl. Add strawberry gelatin; stir until dissolved. Add strawberries.
Place Flipz in bottom
of 13 x 9-inch baking dish.
Mix cream cheese and sugar
in large mixer bowl until creamy; fold in whipped topping. Spread
on top of pretzels making sure that cream cheese mixture touches
all four sides of the dish. Gently spoon gelatin mixture over
cream cheese layer.
Refrigerate for 1 hour
or until gelatin mixture is firm.

4 leaf lettuce leaves

ingredients in small bowl. Cover; refrigerate at least 1 hour.
To assemble sandwiches,
divide spread among bagel halves. Layer each bottom bagel half
with 1/4 turkey, 1 slice cheese, 1 lettuce leaf and bagel top.
