Beef Pizza Bagels

Instructions Spread top of each bagel halp with 1 tablespoon sauce. Top with approximagely 3 tablespoons cooked ground beef. Sprinkle with 1 tablespoon cheese.
Place bagels on cookie sheet sprayed with non-stick cooking spray.
Bake at 350°F for 10 minutes or until cheese is melted and bagel is golden brown. (Or, place bagel in 400°F toaster oven for 10 minutes.)


Hot Artichoke & Sun-Dried Tomato Dip

IngridientsDip Ingredients:
1/4 cup freshly shredded Parmesan cheese
1/2 cup LAND O LAKES® Sour Cream
1/2 cup reduced calorie mayonnaise
1/2 cup sun-dried tomatoes, softened, coarsely chopped
8 ounces (2 cups) deli LAND O LAKES® Swiss Cheese, shredded
1 (14-ounce) can artichoke hearts, drained, chopped
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon hot pepper sauce
Chopped fresh parsley, if desired

Dippers Ingredients:
Crackers OR breadsticks
Instructions Heat oven to 350°F. Stir together all ingredients except parsley and crackers in large bowl. Spoon into 9-inch ovenproof shallow dish. Bake for 22 to 26 minutes or until edges are very lightly browned.
Sprinkle with parsley, if desired. Serve hot with crackers or breadsticks.


Honey Mustard Pretzel Trio

Instructions Heat oven to 250°F. Spray 15 x 10 x 1-inch baking pan with no stick cooking spray. Combine butter, mustard, honey, Worcestershire sauce and garlic powder in medium bowl; mix well. Add pretzels; toss gently until well coated.
Place pretzels into prepared pan. Bake for 1 hour, stirring every 15 minutes. Cool completely. Store in tightly covered container.


Peanut Butterscotch Pretzel Snacks

Instructions MICROWAVE morsels and peanut butter in a medium, microwave-safe bowl on MEDIUM-HIGH (70%) power for 1 minute; stir. Microwave at additional 10- to 20-second intervals, stirring until smooth. Dip about 3/4 of one pretzel in butterscotch mixture; shake off excess. Place on wire rack; sprinkle lightly with sesame seeds. Repeat with remaining pretzels. (If mixture thickens, microwave on MEDIUM-HIGH (70%) power at 10- to 20-second intervals, stirring until smooth).
REFRIGERATE for 20 minutes or until set. Store in airtight containers or resealable plastic bags.


Spinach-Cheese Bagel Bites

Instructions Preheat oven to 375°F.
Split bagels in half horizontally. With a grapefruit spoon, hollow out some of the bread*.
Place spinach in microwaveable bowl; sprinkle lightly with water. Cover loosely and microwave on high until spinach is wilted, about 1 minute, 20 seconds. Remove and drain well.
Combine spinach, cheeses and remaining ingredients, except bagels.
Place bagel shells on foil-lined baking sheet. Place about 1/4 cup cheese mixture on each bagel.
Bake bagel until cheese has melted and edges are lightly toasted, about 8 to 10 minutes.
Cut each bagel half into quarters to make a total of 32 pieces.


Old English Cheese Spread

1/4 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup milk
1 pound LAND O LAKES® Deli American Cheese, cut into 1-inch cubes
1 teaspoon spicy brown mustard
1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1 (5.5-ounce) can spicy vegetable juice*
2 to 3 tablespoons prepared horseradish
2 tablespoons sliced green onions
  Dippers Ingredients:
Pretzels, crackers and/or pumpernickel or rye cocktail bread
Instructions Combine all spread ingredients except vegetable juice, horseradish and green onions in 3-quart saucepan. Cook over medium-high heat, stirring occasionally, until smooth (8 to 10 minutes). Stir in vegetable juice, horseradish and green onions. Spoon into crock or serving bowl. Cover; refrigerate at least 2 hours.
Serve with dippers as desired.


Frosted Holiday Angels

2 cups powdered sugar
1/4 cup LAND O LAKES® Butter, softened
2 to 3 tablespoons milk
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Food color

Angel Ingredients:
Sugar ice cream cones-Angel Body
Small or large pretzel twists-Wings
Chocolate or vanilla wafer cookies-Head
Toasted coconut
Fruit-flavored ring-shaped candies-Halo

Decorations Ingredients:
Mini candy-coated chocolate pieces, decorator candies or sprinkles, decorator gels and frostings, gum drops, mini chocolate chips, etc.
Instructions Combine all frosting ingredients in small mixer bowl. Beat at low speed, scraping bowl often, until fluffy. Tint frosting as desired in pastel colors. Reserve some white or yellow frosting for attaching heads, hair and faces.
Place sugar cone upside down; frost. Attach pretzel twist to cone with frosting to make wings. Decorate angel body as desired with decorator gels, frostings and candies. Let stand 5 to 10 minutes to set.
For angel head, decorate wafer cookie with candies using frosting to attach eyes, nose and mouth. Attach head to cone with frosting.
For hair, spread thin layer of frosting on top and back of cookie; cover with coconut. Let stand until frosting is set (5 to 10 minutes). Place fruit-flavored ring-shaped candy on top of cookie for halo.


Breadstick Bones

Instructions Heat oven to 375°F. Spray cookie sheet with cooking spray. Unroll dough; separate at perforations into 6 breadsticks. Roll each until 12 inches long. Loosely tie knot in both ends of each breadstick; place on cookie sheet (do not twist).
Brush breadsticks with egg white. Sprinkle with cheese and basil.
Bake 12 to 14 minutes or until golden brown. Serve warm "bones" with warm pizza sauce for dipping.


Crazy Critter Bagel Sandwiche

1 cup pizza sauce
8 bagels, split
2 cups shredded mozzarella or Cheddar cheese (8 ounces)

Assorted Toppings:
Sliced pepperoni
Canadian-style bacon
Sliced mushrooms
Sliced ripe olives
Chopped zucchini
Chopped bell pepper
Instructions Heat oven to 425°F. Spread 1 tablespoon pizza sauce over each bagel half. Sprinkle each with 1 tablespoon of the cheese.
Arrange toppings on sandwiches to look like desired critters. Sprinkle with remaining cheese. Place on ungreased cookie sheet.
Bake 5 to 10 minutes or until cheese is melted.


Reindeer Munchies

5 cups sweetened corn & oat honeycomb-shaped cereal or cereal squares
2 cups thin pretzel sticks, broken in half
1/2 cup LAND O LAKES® Butter
1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
1 (11.5-ounce) package (1 1/2 cups) real milk chocolate chips
1 cup powdered sugar
1 cup red and green candy-coated milk chocolate candies

Storage Ingredients:
2 (1-gallon size) resealable plastic food bags
Instructions Combine cereal and pretzels in 4-quart bowl; set aside.
Place butter, peanut butter and chocolate chips in medium microwave-safe bowl. Microwave on HIGH for 45 seconds; stir. Continue microwaving until butter and chocolate are melted (15 to 45 seconds). Stir until smooth.
Immediately pour chocolate mixture over cereal in bowl; stir until well coated. Spread mixture evenly into single layer on two waxed paper-lined baking sheets. Refrigerate 20 minutes to set.
Break into bite-sized pieces; place half of mixture in each plastic food bag. Pour 1/2 cup powdered sugar into each bag; seal bags. Shake bags until mixture is well coated. Place 1/2 cup candies in each bag. Seal bags; gently shake bags to distribute candies. Store mixture in sealed bags or airtight container in refrigerator up to 4 weeks.
