Beef Pinwheel

Preheat oven to 350°F
(175°C).
Combine ground beef; bread
crumbs, egg 1 teaspoon of the salt and the pepper; mixing lightly
but thoroughly. Combine spinach, 1/2 cup of the mozzarella cheese,
the Parmesan cheese, Italian seasoning, remaining 1/4 teaspoon
and the garlic powder. Place beef mixture on waxed paper and
pat into 14 x 10-inch rectangle. Spread spinach mixture over
beef to 3/4-inch of edge on all sides. Roll up, jelly-roll fashion,
starting at short end. Press beef mixture over spinach filling
at both ends to seal. Place loaf, seam side down, on rack in
open roasting pan.
Bake for 1 hour. Spread
ketchup over loaf; continue baking 15 minutes. Sprinkle remaining
1/4 cup mozzarella cheese over loaf. Sprinkle with additional
Italian seasoning, if desired.

Pasta Pinwheels

Drain spinach well and
pat dry with paper towel; mix with cheeses and Italian seasoning.
Spread 1/4 cup cheese
mixture on each noodle and roll up; place in baking pan and pour
marinara sauce over.
Bake at 350° F, loosely
covered, until hot throughout, about 30 minutes.

Cinnamon Apple Roll-Ups

Unroll bread stick dough. Separate at
perforations to form 12 strips.
Place 3 to 4 apple slices at the end of
each strip.
Combine Equal® and cinnamon. Sprinkle
1 teaspoon Equal® mixture over apple slices on each strip
of dough.
Beginning at end with apple slices, roll
up jelly roll fashion. Arrange apple bundles, seam side down,
in bottom of well-sprayed 1-quart oval casserole dish. Brush
with melted butter. Sprinkle with remaining cinnamon-Equal®
mixture.
Bake in preheated 375°F oven 25 to
30 minutes or until golden. Serve warm.
