Cheddar Roasted
Red Bell Pepper Pinwheels

Cook bacon until crisp,
about 5 minutes, and crumble. Add onion and garlic to bacon;
sauté one minute. Drain and reserve bacon and onion mixture.
Add red bell pepper, cream
cheese, Cheddar cheese, oregano and salt to bacon and onion mixture;
put in a food processor. Pulse to blend.
Spread blended cheese
and bacon mixture over one side of each tortilla and roll up.
Cut each rolled tortilla
into 1/2-inch slices. Serve with a side of sliced jalapeño
peppers.

Mix cream cheese and ranch
dressing together in a bowl. Spread onto each tortilla. Arrange
4 slices of ham on top of cream cheese. Spread cheese evenly
on top of that.
Starting at one end roll
each tortilla tightly. Slice each roll into 1-inch-thick slices.
Secure with a toothpick and spear an olive on top of each toothpick.
If making ahead, refrigerate until ready to serve.

Cut broccoli, bell pepper
and onions into coarse chunks. Pulse vegetables in food processor
until coarsely chopped, remove and reserve. Cut cream cheese
into chunks and whirl in food processor with horseradish, lemon
juice and blue cheese. Return vegetables to processor and pulse
just until ingredients are mixed, not pureed.
Spread one side of each
tortilla with 1/2 cup cheese mixture to the edge. Layer tortillas
with equal portions of pork, sprinkle evenly with parsley and
almonds. Roll tortilla snugly; set seam side down. (If making
up to one day ahead, wrap airtight in plastic wrap and refrigerate).
Cut each roll crosswise into six equal pieces and arrange on
a platter.

Sour Cream
1 (8-ounce) package cream cheese, softened
8 ounce chunk LAND O LAKES® Jalapeno Process Cheese, shredded
(about 2 cups)

1 tablespoon sliced green onion
1 (2-ounce) jar diced pimiento, drained
Roll-ups Ingredients:
8 (8-inch) flour tortillas
8 lettuce leaves
8 thin slices deli roast beef

Combine sour cream and
cream cheese in small mixer bowl. Beat at medium speed, scraping
bowl often, until smooth (1 to 2 minutes). Stir in all remaining
jalapeno spread ingredients by hand.
Spread 3 heaping tablespoons
jalapeno spread on each tortilla. Layer with lettuce leaf and
roast beef. Roll up tightly. Wrap in plastic food wrap. Refrigerate
at least 2 hours.
Unwrap; cut each roll-up
in half.

cheese and hot sauce; blend well.
Separate ham slices; spread filling thinly
on each ham slice, spreading almost to edges. Roll up jelly-roll
fashion; cut each roll into 5 pieces (approximately 3/4 to 1-inch

cream cheese and prepared mustard. Spread on thinly sliced turkey.
Place on a lettuce leaf and roll-up. Slice in half. Dip the cut
edge into a mound of grated carrot to garnish. Secure with a
wooden pick if necessary.

Mix first three ingredients.
Spread on tortillas.
Drain vegetables and blot
dry on paper towels. Sprinkle equal amounts of remaining ingredients on top of cream cheese. Roll
tortillas tightly.
Chill at least 2 hours.
Cut rolls into pieces. Discard ends. Serve with spirals facing up with salsa.

In a small bowl, combine
teriyaki sauce, honey, ginger, oil, vinegar, garlic and pepper.
Place steak in 13 x 9-inch
baking dish. Pour teriyaki mixture over steak; cover and refrigerate
4 hours, turning meat at least once. Drain meat, reserving marinade.
Cut 10 crosswise strips of steak.
Simmer mushrooms in 1
tablespoon butter, or 1 cup broth, for approximately 5 minutes.
Roll one strip of beef
around each mushroom. Secure with 1 or 2 wooden picks.
Place each grill about
4-inches above heat. Cook 3 to 5 minutes per side, brushing with
marinade several times.

Beat cream cheese, horseradish
and mustard in small bowl until smooth. Spread about 3 tablespoons
cream cheese mixture evenly on each tortilla.
Arrange 5 or 6 spinach
leaves over cream cheese. Place 2 slices roast beef over spinach;
sprinkle with about 3 tablespoons cheese. Roll each tortilla
up tightly; wrap with plastic food wrap. Refrigerate at least
4 hours or overnight.
To serve, cut each tortilla
into 1-inch slices.
