in large, resealable plastic bag.
COMBINE sugar and cinnamon
in small bowl.
POUR cinnamon-sugar mixture
and butter over cereal mixture; seal bag. Shake well to combine.
Add Raisinets; shake well.

Chili Bean

Dry Garbanzo beans well
on paper toweling. Place beans in large skillet and spray generously
with cooking spry. Cook over medium heat, stirring frequently,
until they begin to brown, 8 to 10 minutes. Transfer beans to
jelly roll pan and bake at 350° F. until browned and beginning
to crisp on the outside, 20 to 25 minutes.
Transfer beans to large
bowl; add cereal, pretzel sticks, dried fruit, pineapple chunks
and pumpkin seeds. Combine Worcestershire sauce, chili powder,
garlic and onion powder and paprika; add to snack mixture and
toss to coat well. Spray mixture generously with cooking spray
and toss. Transfer mixture to roasting pan.
Back snack mix at 350°
F. for 15 minutes, stirring every 5 minutes. Cool; store in air
tight container at room temperature.

Choc'Oat'Late-Honey
'Smash' Snacks

In large bowl, combine
pretzels, oats, raisins and, if desired, peanuts; mix well.
In large saucepan, combine
peanut butter-flavored chips, chocolate chips and honey; heat
over low heat, stirring constantly, until chips are melted.
Immediately pour over
oat mixture, stirring until all dry ingredients are coated with
chocolate mixture.
Spread and "smash"
mixture onto foil-lined cookie sheet, working the mixture to
the edges of the sheet (mixture will be 3/8- to 1/2-inch thick
depending upon size of cookie sheet).
Place in refrigerator
until firm.
Break into pieces. Store
tightly covered at room temperature.

Stir together cereal and
butter in large bowl. Sprinkle sugar and cinnamon evenly over
cereal. Stir in all remaining ingredients. Store in tightly covered
container or resealable plastic food bag.

Crunchy Sweet
Snack Mix

Heat oven to 250°F.
Spray 13 x 9-inch baking pan with no stick cooking spray; place
cereal in pan.
Combine brown sugar, butter
and syrup in 2-quart saucepan. Cook over medium-high heat until
mixture comes to a boil (2 to 3 minutes). Continue cooking, stirring
constantly (1 minute). Remove from heat. Add baking soda; mix
well.
Pour syrup mixture over
cereal; stir gently until well coated. Bake for 20 minutes; stir.
Continue baking for 20 minutes. Stir in peanuts and/or candy.
Spread mixture onto waxed
paper; cool 30 minutes. Break cooled mixture into pieces. Store
in loosely covered container.

honey in large saucepan over medium heat, stirring occasionally,
until mixture comes to a boil. Boil, stirring constantly, for
1 minute. Remove from heat; stir in nuts. Stir in cereal until
coated. Spread onto baking sheet to cool completely, stirring
occasionally.
COMBINE cereal mixture
and Flipz in large bowl.

Healthy Curry Snack Mix

Break rice cakes and pretzels into bite
sized pieces. Stir together with crackers.
Melt butter and curry, pour over snack
mixture and toss well. Place mixture on a baking sheet and bake
at 300*F (150*C) for 20 minutes, stirring halfway. Store sealed.

Cheesy Snack Mix

Heat oven to 350°F.
Combine crackers, pretzels, cereal and cheese in large bowl.
Stir together all remaining
ingredients except gummi candy in small bowl. Pour butter mixture
over cracker mixture; toss to coat.
Spread mixture onto ungreased
15 x 10 x 1-inch jelly-roll pan. Bake, stirring occasionally,
for 18 to 23 minutes or until lightly browned. Cool completely.
Stir in gummi candy. Store in airtight container.

Caramel Corn Crunch Snack Mix

Heat oven to 250°F.
Spray 13 x 9-inch baking pan with cooking spray.
Place cereal in pan.
Place margarine in 2-cup
microwaveable bowl. Microwave on HIGH 45 seconds or until melted.
Stir in sugar, syrup and vanilla; mix well. Pour over cereal;
stir to coat evenly.
Bake 1 hour, stirring
every 15 minutes. Remove from oven; stir in caramel corn.
Transfer to baking sheet,
spreading mixture in even layer.
Cool completely. Store
tightly covered at room temperature up to 5 days.
